To build an electronic mini heater with a battery or rechargeable battery, you will need a few key components such as a heating element, a power source (battery or rechargeable battery), a switch, and some wiring. You can use a small heating element like a PTC (positive temperature coefficient) ceramic heater, which is safe and efficient. Connect the heating element to the power source using the switch and wiring, making sure to insulate the connections properly. You can also add a small fan to help distribute the heat. Finally, encase the components in a heat-resistant housing and your electronic mini heater is ready to use. Always be cautious when working with electronic components and make sure to follow safety guidelines. **
